Service Terms & Conditions — LuxeHome Cleaning Co., LLC
Service Overview
LuxeHome Cleaning Co., LLC (“LuxeHome”) provides premium residential cleaning services through independently contracted, background-checked professionals. By booking or accepting any service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that LuxeHome:
- Acts solely as a coordinating and quality-assurance concierge
- Facilitates scheduling, communication, payment processing, and service standards
- Does not employ the cleaning professionals directly
The Client is fully responsible for providing:
- Accurate home information
- Safe access to the property
- A hazard-free environment
Pricing & Payment Authorization
- Prices shown at booking are estimates, subject to adjustment based on actual conditions, scope, or additional time needed.
- A valid payment method must remain on file.
- The Client authorizes all associated charges, including:
- Service fees
- Late cancellations
- Lockouts
- Add-ons
- Applicable adjustments
Satisfaction Window
LuxeHome maintains a 24-hour satisfaction window for reporting service concerns.
After that period:
- Work is considered accepted
- LuxeHome may, at its discretion, offer a complimentary re-clean
- Refunds are not issued for completed labor
Limited Photo Documentation
For quality assurance, training, documentation, and protection of both parties:
- LuxeHome and its contracted cleaners may take limited before-and-after photos of work areas
- Photos will not include personal identifiers
- The Client grants permission for secure internal storage and use
- Photos are used solely for operational purposes
Liability Limitations
LuxeHome is not liable for:
- Pre-existing wear
- Improperly mounted items
- Fragile décor
- Items not disclosed as delicate
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
Safety Limitations & Restricted Tasks
Cleaners may not perform services outside the defined safety scope, including but not limited to:
- Climbing beyond step-stool height
- Moving heavy furniture
- Handling hazardous materials
- Performing outdoor tasks unless specifically booked
Non-Solicitation Clause
The Client agrees not to solicit, hire, or engage any Cleaner referred by LuxeHome—directly or indirectly—for private work for twenty-four (24) months.
A breach is subject to a $3,500 Contractor Conversion Fee
Information Sharing
LuxeHome may share necessary Client information with:
- Parent companies
- Sister companies
- Subsidiary entities
- Approved affiliates
Sharing occurs solely for:
- Service coordination
- Scheduling
- Customer support
- Billing
- Quality control
Information is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Service Termination
LuxeHome may terminate service immediately in cases of:
- Safety concerns
- Nonpayment
- Harassment
- Policy violations
Governing Law & Arbitration
All matters are governed exclusively by Florida law.
Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Policy Update
By booking, the Client affirms understanding and agreement to these Terms. LuxeHome may update these Terms periodically on its website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
